CONCRETE TILT UPS

We have a lot of experience with interior assemblies and finishes in concrete tilt up structures, completing office buildings and religious centres. Our scope always includes all aspects of the interior framing (structural and non structural).

We have completed multiple base build steel structures. Strip malls, cold storage centres, warehouses & more. Large scale industrial and structural steel stud are a couple of our specialties. We include every aspect of the wall and ceilings assemblies and finishes.

We have been doing the drywall in both spec and custom homes for over 20 years. Our journeyman trades have the expertise to handle even the most difficult custom home plans. Many of the homes we have worked on have won various Georgie Awards for Best Homes.

COMSLAB INSTALLATION

MBDW recently worked with Novacom to help build a $3.8 million project in Cloverdale. We completed the structural flooring scope, as well as the insulation, steel framing, drywall and t-bar. For the structural floor, MBDW used a product called COMSLAB, a long span Composite Floor System offering performance, improved schedule and cost effectiveness.
